Advertises on box that it can use Hulu but apparently that cannot be used with this.

Beginning on August 14, 2019, the Hulu app will no longer be available on certain U.S. Blu-Ray Disc player models, due to the fact that the app will no longer be supported by Hulu on those models. Please refer to the list of U.S. models below to determine if your device is affected:
Gives a good picture and would have given a better rating except for a couple of cons. 1) The video and audio lose sync and I have to shut down the TV and the player to correct the problem. This occurs approx every 2 hours. 2) There are no useful directions on how to set up the remote for the favorite button and for the TV control buttons.

Nice blu-ray player. Came updated. It also plays my old regular CD's , and most of the burnt copy disks too. It has wi-fi , if you use that. Im happy with it

I bought this to replace an old VCR/DVD player. It's easy to use, but for some reason I cannot play just my TV when the DVD player is hooked up. The TV won't change channels or even turn off when it's hooked up. I just unplug the cables from the back of the player until I want to play a DVD. It's also extremely lightweight, so I had to put a rubber mat under it to keep it from sliding when I put a DVD in or take one out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We are glad that you are like your new DVD player. About the issue that you've encountered wherein you cannot change channels or turn off the TV when your DVD player is hooked up, try resetting the connection by changing the cables.
