Have all Sony products in home. This one did not make the cut. Stopped working after about 2 uses. No response either manual or remote. Just froze with power on. Since so new just returned instead of using warranty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I would have given it 5 stars, but the original purchased 3/2019 quit working. I filled out the online claim form and received my new or refurbished (?) within 2 weeks. The replacement has been working wonderfully! Thank you. Oh yes, do I need to enter the new serial number on the registration or is it covered under the old product?
Bought this Blue Ray player for my camper. I wanted one that was small, so it would not take up a lot of room. This Sony fit the bill. I was very happy with the ease of setting it up and all the features that come with this player!
