Okay, Samsung... I'm Officially Impressed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll be honest, I've been through my fair share of stick vacuums that promise the world and deliver... well, dust bunnies under the couch. So when I got the Samsung Bespoke AI Jet™ Lite, I was skeptical. Another pretty appliance? Nope. I was wrong. This thing is a game-changer.
First off, it is so incredibly lightweight it feels almost like a toy. I can zip around the entire house, up the stairs, and even get the cobwebs on the ceiling without feeling like I've just done a full-arm workout.
But don't let the weight fool you—this vacuum has some serious power. It's shockingly strong for how light it is and after a few uses, you become more and more impressed that something that lightweight is powerful enough to clean.
The absolute best part, though? The All-in-One Clean Station. This is peak convenience. I just dock the vacuum, and it empties itself. No more wrestling with dusty, dirty bins, getting dust all over my hands, and creating another mess I have to clean up. It’s a completely hands-free, mess-free process that I didn't know I needed. And it works!
I am genuinely impressed with this vacuum. Samsung nailed it. It's light, powerful, and the clean station is pure genius. The set up was super easy and the roller stays clean use after use without me having to get involved. If you're on the fence, just go for it.

Modern aesthetic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is very modern in design and it can fit in any room, especially the kitchen and living room. It is really sleek as well and slim so that you don’t have to take a lot of space when holding it for storage. I love the pet attachment because it helps lift up the furs of my cat, which are very hard to remove. So that means the watts on here is very strong and the suction is very strong, which is appreciated. I also like that there are different attachments I can vacuum under the bed and even on the sofa. I overall recommend this vacuum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stick vacuum is absolutely phenomenal. I love the sleek modern look paired with unbeatable performance. Prior to this vac I would always forget to charge my vacuums and empty their canisters, never again with this one! The ai function where it senses the suction necessary to get the job done blew my mind, it keeps it at optimal performance at all times. This stick vacuum does amazing on my hardwoods as well as my carpet. Truly the best stick vacuum is have ever owned. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Samsung Bespoke AI Jet Lite (VS80F28DMP/AA) for a couple of weeks now, and honestly—I'm impressed. First off, this thing looks good. The sleek pebble gray finish blends right in with my home, and the design is so minimal that I don’t mind leaving it out in the open.
Performance-wise, it’s a beast. The suction is powerful—I have a mix of hardwood and rugs, and it adjusts on its own using the AI cleaning mode. It picks up dust, pet hair, and even the fine stuff that usually gets left behind. The anti-tangle brush actually works too (finally, no more hair-wrapped rollers every other day).
The All-in-One Clean Station is a game changer. Emptying the vacuum used to be the grossest part, but now it empties and charges all in one go—totally hands-free and no dust clouds.
Only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the battery. You get around 60 minutes on low power, but if you’re using the AI mode or higher suction, it drops to about 30. I’ll probably grab a second battery down the road, but I wish one came with it at this price point.
Overall though, I love it. It’s stylish, strong, smart, and keeps my place cleaner than ever—definitely worth the upgrade if you’re done with basic stick vacs.

I love that it senses when to up the suction power and when to drop it back down, optimizing its battery life while not compromising cleaning! This is by far the most light weight, easy to maneuver stick vacuum i have ever owned. Highly recommend. Also, the charge doc/power station is sleek and modern giving a nice esthetic. All around amazing.

That slick "Pebble Gray" design totally blends in with any decor, so you won't feel the need to hide it away in a closet when company comes over.
But what really makes this vacuum awesome are its smart features. The AI Cleaning Mode is super cool – it figures out your floor type all on its own and adjusts the suction for the best clean and really good battery life. It was cool to witness it adjust the power needs based on the dirt it was sensing. And don't let its light weight fool you; the HexaJet motor packs a punch, sucking up everything from dust and pet hair to tiny bits of debris with no problem.
The All-in-One Clean Station is seriously a game-changer. It charges the vacuum and empties the dustbin automatically, so you don't have to touch a thing – no mess, no fuss! Throw in the HEPA filtration system and how easy it is to use, and you've got a super convenient and effective cleaning machine. It is nice to not have to empty the dust bin each time. I do wish the app informed the user how potentially full the bin is.
Bottom line? If you want a top-notch vacuum that looks great, is super convenient, and really gets the job done, the Samsung Bespoke AI Jet Lite is a fantastic pick. With its strong suction, self-emptying magic, and user-friendly design, it's perfect for homes with pets or anyone who just wants to avoid getting dusty hands!

Cheap parts, horrible customer service, sketchy

The brush is brittle and ridiculously expensive to replace. A tiny little rip on the rubber fin got worse and worse and caused the entire vacuum to become clunkily and get hot/off balance.
Good luck with customer service. Wasted an hour of my time just for them to tell me they don't make the replacement part anymore. And it wouldn't be covered by warranty since it isn't the battery or motor.
