Cheap parts, horrible customer service, sketchy

The brush is brittle and ridiculously expensive to replace. A tiny little rip on the rubber fin got worse and worse and caused the entire vacuum to become clunkily and get hot/off balance.
Good luck with customer service. Wasted an hour of my time just for them to tell me they don't make the replacement part anymore. And it wouldn't be covered by warranty since it isn't the battery or motor.

Horrible Warranty

We bought this vaccum and within a few months had issues with h power head. Samsung warranty has been absolutely horrible to deal with and now our vaccum head is completely broken. Do not purchase this vaccum if you want a high quality vaccum.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Light and Easy to Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first 'stick vacuum' and it sure beats sweeping every day! I have tile and hardwood in the kitchen and living room, entry and hall. I used to sweep every day which was time consuming.
After getting this vacuum, it's so fast! The vacuum has a charge that lasts about 30 minutes, which is pretty good. I love the feature that automatically empties the collector when put back on the charger, so I don't have to worry about emptying it and getting more dust all over when opening it like on other vacuums.
The "AI" feature does a pretty good job of changing the power and suction when I move from a hard surface to a carpeted surface. The vacuum itself is light and easy to use, easy to turn and get under cabinets and chairs.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my vacuum and I do love it. It has a base that you can stick the vacuum in to charge. You press the power button and it starts vacuuming, so you dont need to hold the button. There are a lot of attachments that you can change to make tight space easier to get to. It also shows you the battery life. When I first unboxed the vacuum, I thought it was too bulky. After setting it up, its a good weight to hold up the vacuum. It comes with a lot of different attachments which makes it essy to maneuver to different spaces. The Hepa air filter has definitely helped me with my allergies.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how you can connect it to the app and choose the intelligence. It will auto adjust based on carpet, hard surfaces, throw carpets! My only complaint is that it's a little heavier than I would like but it's still lighter than a conventional vacuum. The auto emptying is a great feature as you don't have to constantly empty the canister. It goes into a bag that you would replace after many uses. The suction is extremely strong and it works really well on all surfaces. It picks up cat hair from the couch easily. It's only been 5 days since I've received it so I'm still learning the ins and outs of it. But so far I'm extremely pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm obsessed with my new vacuum! It matches my kitchen's dark silver and charcoal aesthetic perfectly. The sleek design looks so chic! But what really impresses me is the self-cleaning feature ,it has an airbag filter that sucks out dust and debris, so I don't have to get my hands dirty. This HEPA filtration helps a lot with the season of dust and allergies. Plus, it comes with tons of attachments for different surfaces, from floors to furniture to cars . It also has an attachment for pet tool that works wonderful on my cats white hairs that are tough to vacuum up so the suction power on here is good too. I believe it is 280w. The battery life is solid, and the slim design makes it easy to stash in a small corner. Overall, I'm loving this vacuum ,it's a game changer for cleaning!
