No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We understand how disruptive it can be when the dust bin cover opens in the middle of sweeping, especially when you are focused on completing your cleaning. Let us help.
When the dustbin opens during cleaning, it is typically caused by one or more of the following factors:
1. Dustbin not fully locked
• Remove the dustbin and reinstall it.
• You should hear/feel a firm click when it’s seated correctly.
• If it feels loose, it will pop open while vibrating during use.
2. Worn or damaged latch
• Check the dustbin release button and latch hook.
• If the plastic hook is rounded, cracked, or the spring feels weak, the bin can release on its own.
• Unfortunately, this usually requires dustbin replacement (the latch is built into it).
3. Overfilled dustbin
• If the bin is packed tightly, internal pressure can push the bottom door open.
• Empty the bin before it reaches the MAX line, especially with fine dust or pet hair.
4. Filter not seated properly
• Remove:
• Metal mesh filter
• Washable Micro Filter
• Reinstall them carefully so everything sits flush.
• A misaligned filter can prevent the bin from locking correctly.
5. Accidental button press during use
• The release button can be triggered by:
• Your hand position
• Furniture edges
6. Debris in the latch area
• Dust buildup near the latch can stop it from fully engaging.
• Clean the latch groove and hinge area with a dry cloth or soft brush.

Main brush won’t last

A should-have vacuum!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best vacuum we ever had. Before we had corded vacuums and they were a pain to take around the house. This one is easy to take to places and clean every part of our home. The built is sturdy and the battery works great. We cleaned the full house many times and the battery never got to less than 30%. The AI mode is extremely convenient as before we would need to adjust every time you change floor or vacuum a rug. I love that it has a little light in the front of the vacuum so I can see the dirt even when the lighting conditions are not great. The self clean is a nice touch, and despite the fact we use everyday for a few months now, it still has space in it. You still need to clean it from time to time, which is fine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great vacuum. More maintenance than expected

A lot of other reviews mention difficulty steering/pushing on thick carpet. This is only noticeable if you don't extend the arm to a comfortable enough length. If you're holding the vacuum almost straight up it'll feel "stuck". If you're holding the handle closer to your waist it'll glide over thick carpet very easily.
If you're cleaning up a lot of finer dust the basket filter will get clogged quick leading to the "Check micro filter or dustbin" message. Cleaning them is easy but depending on your usage you may have to clean them out every few days.
Battery life is great. On a full charge, JET (the highest suction mode) will get around 15-ish minutes which is usually enough for bigger messes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Well Designed Product - Maneuverability Improvable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bespoke AI Jet Ultra is a very well built vacuum and the features are very well designed. The overall functionality is what one would expect for a stick vacuum. For the price point, I would expect the vacuum to be easier to move on carpeted surfaces as it doesn't feel as though it has much pull. The suction doesn't adjust as well as I'd like when on plusher surfaces. It tends to get stuck pretty easily. The battery holds a long lifespan and charges pretty quickly. I like the dust bag emptying mechanism and it keeps cleaning the debris easy and filters well. The attachments that come with the vacuum are good but attachment storage options could be improved on the base station.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great feature!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s nice that Samsung offers a cordless vacuum with a dust bag, which really sets it apart from many competitors. The build quality also seems very good. The red bristle strip does shed some fibers, but it’s good that the strip can be removed. Hopefully, this area can be improved in future versions.
