They just keep getting better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only got this vacuum a couple of days ago, but from owning several previous models of Samsung stick vacuums, I can honestly say they just keep making them better.
In the box: Vacuum, battery, clean station, pet tool, 3 bags (1 installed in the clean station already, combination tool and crevice tool. Installation was super easy, just remove from the box and basically click everything together. Wrap the cord and press it into the base for where you want it to emerge from the clean station and you are good to go. Plug it in, hang the vacuum on it and let it charge away.
Smart Things setup, I have a TV and a music frame that act as smart things hubs, I couldn’t get the thing register on the Samsung website, at first, I wasn’t able to get it connected to my Smart Things account. I decided I’d work on it later and went on to finish setup and test the vacuum. The next morning when I woke up, I had a notification on my phone that Smart Things found a vacuum and would like to set it up. I clicked yes and was done with that.
Using the vacuum, like I said I have only used it a couple of times so far, but I really like it much better than the previous version I had. The suction power is great, I really like the LCD readout on the top giving you battery life and what mode it is in. I used AI mode, and go from carpet to tile then back to carpet in my house. The switch in power and modes took about 1 second, when AI realized I had gone from carpet to tile and back to carpet. But it was much better than before when I had to manually switch modes. It really did a great job on my dirty carpet and tile. And this model has a light on the brush head so I could see how dirty my carpet was before compared to after. Once you finish you just hang it up and they clean station sucks all the dirt out of the vacuum and into the bag.
I haven’t been able to try the pet tool yet, but plan to use that a lot. The crevice and multi tools are pretty standard. The important thing is the vacuum suction, ease of cleaning up after (just hanging the vacuum up on the stand and that’s it as opposed to trying to open the bin, dumping it into the trash can, coughing from all the dust in the process) All of these things the vacuum excels at. I am honestly very happy with my purchase.

Great little vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this vacuum cleaner. It cleans itself when you put it on the charger. And I love that you don't have a cord to be fitting all over. I love the size and the weight. My 5-year-old loves to vacuum now which is amazing. My kids all use it. It's useful and it's the perfect size for them. I love that it has different attachments and I love that it has a pet hair attachment which is amazing I have 2dogs. It takes a while for it to charge but it's good for a half an hour on mid-level. I love that it picks the level for you. It knows what floor you're on and it adjusts how it's vacuuming. It is great at sensing where you're vacuuming and what suction we use. I like that the bag is attached to the charger and not the vacuum and when it cleans itself it drops it into the bag which is great. Overall this vacuum is a must. It is great for small jobs. I use it on my wood floors everyday for dog care. It gets the job super quick and efficiently

Light weight and excellent suction power, I wish the battery had more capacity when used at maximum power but so far it works very well.

The aesthetics are great, can fit in a small corner for an apartment or even a studio, the charging station is great and it keeps the vacuum small container empty and ready to go.
My wife loves that she does not need to change anything when moving from hard floor to carpet areas.
The noise it makes when used is very reasonable and not loud at all compared with other brands, the battery charges quickly and it does not overheat.

it also can be used under furniture easily and has a couple of attachments that make very versatile and for the first time in years I was able to vacuum my car at home.
Putting it together takes less than 5 minutes and very easy, does not require any tools.

Great vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Bespoke AI Jet Cordless Stick Vacuum is amazing. This vacuum has powerful suction to pickup everything in its park. I love the upgrades long battery life so I don't have to change batteries or wait to charge it to get my entire home clean in one go. The AI Cleaning Mode is very helpful with different types of flooring. I love that it automatically adjusts to provide the best cleaning setting without me having to guess. I really like the All-in-One Clean Station. If automatically empties the canister for me and begins charging upon docking. The bag is very easy to change out when it's full but it holds so much that you don't have to do it often. The vacuum is very light and easy to use around the house without tiring me or hurting my back pushing it around (goodbye big, bulky vacuums). The vacuum was extremely easy to connect via Samsung Smart Things and to set up. I love the wifi connectivity to monitor my vacuum battery and bag life. It looks very stylish in my home as well.

Very practical little vacuum!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the Samsung AI cordless vacuum. It’s very practical and easy to use. It’s small, so I can reach tight or hard-to-clean places without any trouble. It’s also very efficient—it has a little light at the bottom that lights up the floor, which helps me see dust and dirt I might have missed. I also like that when you charge the vacuum, it suctions out the dirty dust it picked up and filters it, so I don’t have to touch anything. The design is sleek and modern, and it picks up dirt really well on different types of floors.
The only downside I’ve noticed is that it might not be the best choice for bigger homes or for older people. The vacuum is a little heavy, so someone older might have a hard time using it for long. Also, the battery only lasts about 30 minutes, so it would take longer and more effort to clean a large space. But other than that, it’s a good vacuum and works great for smaller homes or apartments.

Great vacuum with lots of features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Bespoke AI Jet Ultra Cordless Stick Vacuum is a great product. It is cordless and lightweight and can be maneuvered around tight spaces. I also like the AI feature which senses what type of surface you are on (hardwood or carpet) and adjusts the suction accordingly. Another feature that I like is it can be self-emptied into the included charging station with a press of the button, so you don't have to clean out the dust cup all the time.
Using it is very easy and it has lots of suction. I definitely noticed my carpets were cleaner after using the vacuum.

All in all, I would definitely recommend the Samsing Bespoke AI Jet Ultra vacuum.

One of the Best Vacuum Cleaners

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used a different brand vacuum cleaner for quite some time, which was quite expensive. But, surprise! surprise! It died after one year of use, right after the warranty was expired, although it served me pretty well as long as it was alive. Feeling frustrated for not getting my money worth for my previous vacuum cleaner, I was quite skeptical to pull the trigger on this Samsung cordless vacuum cleaner. But so far, I’m really impressed with its quality, suction, battery life. Below are some of the pros and cons, and I can only compare against my previous vacuum cleaner.
Pros:
- Black color looks gorgeous and high-end
- It glides very smooth and moves around really well
- Plenty of attachments for cleaning anything at home
- Suction selections are Min, Mid, Max, Jet, AI modes. I have wooden floor throughout the house. So, in my case, either Min or Mid is plenty enough. But if someone has mixed floors (carpet, woods, tiles, etc.), then AI mode can detect the surface automatically quite well
- Suction sound seems to be lower in Min or Mid modes
- Headlight helps out in the areas where lights are either dim or can't go. But to be honest it’s not really necessary in a well-lit home
- Plenty of information on the screen (suction mode, battery percentage, remaining time to vacuum for the current charge, etc.). Can be used through SmartThings app as well
- Automatic dust cleaning while stationed on the charging base is very helpful

Great Stylish Smart Vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a long-time fan of Samsung's Jet vacuums, having used the Jet90 for five years and been won over by its design and the brilliant Clean Station, upgrading to the new Jet Ultra AI was an easy decision. This isn't a minor refresh; it feels like a substantial evolution.
The "Ultra" designation is accurate. The Jet Ultra is physically larger and delivers a noticeable power boost, boasting 400AW of suction compared to the Jet90's 200AW. This translates to more effective cleaning across various surfaces. The battery life is also a standout, jumping from a respectable 60 minutes on the Jet90 to an impressive 100 hours on the Ultra, offering greater cleaning freedom.
A simple yet effective addition is the built-in LED headlight, which genuinely improves visibility, especially in darker areas. The redesigned Cleaning Station and charging stand is a welcome space-saving solution, elegantly combining two functions and freeing up an outlet. The core reason I chose Samsung initially – the Anti-Allergy system and Clean Station – is now even better, allowing for hygienic emptying without detaching the canister. The auto-empty function upon docking is convenient, though it can be a bit loud; thankfully, it can be toggled off. The adjustable telescopic wand remains a key differentiator for Samsung.
The integrated AI for automatic suction adjustment is an interesting concept, though its practical impact on my cleaning routine is still developing. The SmartThings integration for notifications while vacuuming feels more like a novelty.
However, the new streamlined Cleaning Station does sacrifice the tool organizer and extra battery charging dock I appreciated on the Jet90's stand. Also, the dustbin capacity has decreased from 0.8L to 0.5L. While the auto-empty feature helps mitigate this, it's a point to consider. Finally, finding replacement Clean Station bags can sometimes be a challenge, so stocking up is advisable.
In conclusion: The Samsung Jet Ultra AI offers significant improvements in power and battery life, along with thoughtful design enhancements like the integrated LED and space-saving dock. If you value these upgrades and the unique hygiene of the Clean Station, it's a worthwhile investment. While the smaller bin and lack of integrated tool storage are minor drawbacks, the overall performance and features make it a top contender. Existing Jet90 users will find this a compelling upgrade, though budget-conscious buyers will still find the Jet90 a capable machine.
