[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bespoke AI Jet Ultra cordless stick vacuum has been a game changer for ease of vacuuming! We own 4 furry pets and have two young children so we know a thing or two about messes...and this vacuum tackles it all! Set up was a breeze, so easy with Smartthings that my phone auto-detected the new vacuum and just asked if I wanted to add it to my account. Scanned the QR and it was off and complete before I knew it! The AI suction/brush technology is amazing! It truly detects what suction and brush speed is needed for different types of carpet, rugs, and hard flooring! The digital display is down to the second with telling you runtime and you can even manually change suction power if you know you have a spot that needs a deep clean...wow! Litter? No problem. Stairs? Done! Fur? It's got a no-tangle attachment for that and grabs that off chairs or sofas without worry. The auto-ampty bin is great too and I can share the included collection bags with my other Samsung robot vacuum too. I've only come across one issue and that was when a larger pice of kids play foam got stuck at the intake. Guess what though?! The self-diagnosing feature that it checks each time it's placed on the charger/dirt bin found the issue and displayed it on the screen for me! Without that, it may have taken me a day or more to realize there was an issue. Ten out of ten, this vacuum is better than the rivals in every way. The kids think it's so cool that they want to vacuum too...bonus!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The vacuum has a lot of suction power and leaves my floors looking great. It's a little heavier than I expected but not a deal breaker. I love the fact that it's cordless so I can vacuum everywhere without having to unplug and replug when I go from room to room. The charging station doesn't take up a lot of space and looks nice when placed where it can be seen. It's also really easy to empty and replace the bag when it's full.

The Jet-Set Life of My Bespoke AI Jet Vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me be clear: I never thought I’d describe a vacuum as “chic,” but here we are. The Bespoke AI Jet Cordless Stick Vacuum sashayed into my home like the James Bond of cleaning appliances—suave, tech-savvy, and absurdly powerful.
First, the 400AW of suction? (to be honest I dont know what an AW is but there are 400 of them) I swear it tried to inhale the concept of dust itself. It went from hardwood to rug like a caffeinated ninja, and my floors haven’t been this clean since they were born in the factory.
Now, I’ve got commitment issues, but 100 minutes of run time? That’s longer than most of my attention span. I managed to clean every room, baseboard, and probably parts of my emotional baggage without running out of juice. It’s ready for daily touch-ups and a Saturday morning deep-cleaning marathon.
The AI Cleaning Mode 2 is like having a little cleaning oracle onboard. It detects the surface type and adjusts power accordingly, so I just glide along like I’m vacuuming on autopilot. It’s giving "domestic bliss meets HAL 9000 (but friendly)."
The All-in-One Clean Station is like that one responsible friend who quietly takes care of everything. You finish vacuuming, and it’s like “Don’t worry, I’ll handle the gross part later.” Love that.
Now let’s talk aesthetics. The contemporary and premium design actually made me consider leaving it out on display. It’s giving “modern sculpture with a side of utility.” People walk in and say, “Wow, what is that?” and I say, “Oh, that’s my vacuum,” like a smug minimalist.
The Wi-Fi connectivity is... there. I used it once, felt fancy, but mostly I just like knowing it could be part of the Smart Home Council if it wanted to.
Digital display? Sharp, simple, and informative—like a Swiss watch that lives to clean.
Handheld mode is perfect for car seats, stairs, and the mysterious gap between the fridge and the wall where lost socks go to retire. And because of the lightweight design, I didn’t have to schedule a chiropractor appointment after cleaning the ceiling fan.
And shoutout to the telescopic pipe, which made me feel like Inspector Gadget meets Marie Kondo. Every corner, cranny, and cobweb was within reach. Extend. Clean. Retract. Boom.
Final Verdict: The Bespoke AI Jet is a vacuum with main character energy. It cleans like a beast, looks like a piece of art, and thinks for itself. 10/10 would recommend—just don’t be surprised if you find yourself making excuses to vacuum things that are already cleaned

A Smart Cleaning Powerhouse That’s Worth it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Bespoke AI Jet Ultra for a while now, and overall, it’s been a great addition to my cleaning routine.
The battery life is impressive for a cordless vacuum. I love that it comes with two removable batteries, giving me up to 100 minutes of runtime. For a large house or multi-level cleaning, that’s a huge plus. I’ve found that even at higher power levels, the battery holds up surprisingly well. Swapping the batteries is quick and easy, and the charging stand keeps everything organized.
The Wi-Fi connectivity is one of the standout features. Through the SmartThings app, I can check the battery status, get notifications when the dustbin needs emptying, and even track cleaning history. It’s not something I thought I’d need in a vacuum, but it’s genuinely convenient. I also like how it integrates into my smart home setup.
The AI-powered floor detection is super smart — it adjusts suction and brush speed depending on whether I’m cleaning carpet, hardwood, or tile. The suction power is outstanding (400AW!), and I haven’t had any issues picking up pet hair, crumbs, or fine dust. The automatic dustbin emptying feature is another highlight — I barely have to interact with the canister, and the HEPA filter keeps everything clean and allergy-friendly.
This vacuum feels like a real upgrade — it’s powerful, smart, and thoughtfully designed. The price is definitely on the higher side, but if you’re looking for high performance with smart capabilities, this one delivers.

Vacuum and much more

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a housekeeping tool that is truly several levels above the norm. First of all, it does what a vacuum should do, which is vacuuming, exceptionally well. It adjusts the roller and suction based on the surface you are cleaning. It has no problems with edges. It does an outstanding job with pet hair especially since these become very evident thanks to the super bright light. Next, it is light and has a very acceptable battery that allows for an hour of normal use without charging. This allows me to vacuum my entire home of 3200 sq ft on one charge. And the weight does not leave you with a sore arm or back. I have merely two small criticisms. First, I wish the vacuum came with a full manual so the user can explore its capabilities and review operating instructions. The short "getting started" guide is not doing justice to the massive capabilities of this machine. And users are less likely to go to instructions online. For example, I had to discover that the vacuum length can be altered very rapidly for taller persons. Regrettably, you have to retract the shaft to return the vacuum to its stand. Second, I wish its footprint were smaller. I would much prefer a wall-mounted device that takes less floorspace in a small laundry room. Additionally, wall mounted older versions had room for tools which this version does not have. Overall, I am very happy with this new Samsung vacuum to replace our old one. Its added capabilities are well worth the investment. And, I just have to reiterate, at the risk of sounding negative but with extremely positive sentiment that this vacuum SUCKS!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bespoke AI Jet Ultra is one of the most powerful and visually sleek cordless vacuums I've ever used. Right out of the box, the design is modern and premium, and the freestanding Clean Station makes storage and charging very convenient.
In terms of performance, the suction power is outstanding. It works well on both carpet and hardwood. The AI mode is supposed to automatically adjust suction depending on the surface, and while that works to some extent, I still find myself switching to MID mode manually for more consistent cleaning. Battery life is decent—anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the power setting, which is enough for my 2-bedroom apartment.
The self-emptying Clean Station is a game-changer for me. It minimizes mess and makes emptying the vacuum nearly hands-free. That said, for the price point, they could make the bin bigger for fewer dust bag changes.
One downside: for the price, I expected sturdier materials and a tool holder. The vacuum is lightweight and easy to maneuver, but some parts feel a bit plasticky for a premium product.
Pros: * Incredible suction power * Clean Station is very convenient * Lightweight and easy to handle * Great for pet owners Cons: * Pricey * AI feature isn’t as smart as advertised * Some build materials feel a bit cheap * No tool holder
If you're looking for a high-performance vacuum with smart features and a sleek design—and you're willing to pay a premium—the Samsung Bespoke AI Jet Ultra is a solid choice. Just don’t expect the AI to completely replace manual control.

Great for pet owners

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bespoke AI Jet Ultra is easily one of the most effective cordless vacuums I’ve used for managing dog hair. From unboxing, it’s clear that the vacuum has a premium, modern design, and the freestanding Clean Station adds convenience when it comes to charging and storage.
As a dog owner with carpeted floors, I’m constantly battling embedded hair—and this vacuum has been a game-changer. The suction is incredibly strong, pulling up even deeply lodged dog hair from both low-pile and high-pile carpets. The AI mode, which automatically adjusts suction based on floor type, is a nice idea, but I still prefer using MID and MAX mode manually when dealing with especially hairy areas for a more consistent clean.
Battery life ranges from 15 to 60 minutes, depending on the setting, which is enough to clean my 2-bedroom apartment, even with a shedding dog. I especially appreciate the Clean Station, which self-empties the dustbin into a bag—hugely helpful when dealing with the constant mess of dog hair.
While the vacuum is lightweight and easy to handle (great for under furniture), some components feel a little too plastic for the price. Also, there’s no attached tool storage, which is frustrating when switching between attachments for different surfaces or furniture.
Pros: * Excellent at removing dog hair from carpets and rugs * Self-emptying Clean Station minimizes mess * Lightweight and easy to use around furniture * Ideal for pet owners with shedding breeds Cons: * High price tag * AI suction isn’t always spot-on * Dust bag fills quickly with pet hair * Lacks storage for tools
If you’re a pet owner tired of dog hair taking over your carpets, the Samsung Bespoke AI Jet Ultra delivers powerful cleaning and smart features that make day-to-day vacuuming much easier. It’s an investment—but one that pays off if you’re serious about keeping pet hair under control.

I could skip the AI but it's a great Vacuum Stick

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One thing I'm not totally thrilled about with the new Samsung Jet Ultra AI, coming from the Jet90, is the redesigned stand. While it looks sleeker combining the charging and cleaning station, it lost the tool organizer and the extra battery charging dock I found really useful on the Jet90's stand. That's a bit of a downgrade for me.
Also, the dustbin capacity has shrunk. The Ultra AI has a 0.5-liter bin compared to the Jet90's 0.8-liter one. While the auto-empty function helps keep it clear, it's still a smaller capacity overall. And just like with the older model, finding replacement bags for the cleaning station can be a bit of a hassle; definitely worth stocking up when you can.
The AI features, like the automatic suction adjustment, are there, but I'm still figuring out how much they actually impact my cleaning. Getting phone notifications through the vacuum also feels a bit unnecessary for my needs.
However, there are definitely some solid upgrades. The Jet Ultra AI is noticeably more powerful than the Jet90, with suction jumping from 200AW to a much stronger 400AW. The battery life is also a significant improvement, going from around 60 minutes to a very generous 100 hours. The built-in LED headlights are a surprisingly handy little feature for spotting dust. I also appreciate the space-saving design of the combined cleaning station and charging stand, and the fact that it only needs one power outlet. The auto-empty docking is convenient for keeping the bin ready, even if it can be a bit noisy (glad there's an off switch for that). And the adjustable wand remains a simple but effective design choice.
Overall, while there are a couple of things I miss from the Jet90, the increased power and battery life of the Jet Ultra AI are significant improvements. If those are your priorities and the price isn't a deal-breaker, it's a good option. If not, the Jet90 is still a capable vacuum.
