I have had this for going on two years. It is by far the best vacuum cleaner ever simple to use long charge automatic empty it is the best. I am now buying one for my daughter. It’s a housewarming gift

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, great battery life and suction, but the difficult part is how it isn't very maneuverable. The head of the vacuum is too light, and the way it is pushed around makes it difficult to keep straight. I believe it would benefit from a heavier main floor head, and better wheels to push it. For the price, they need to go back to the drawing board and improve it.
Also, the way that they have the base with the auto empty is a cool feature, but, they make it proprietary with bags. It should be a bagless design across the board, because it doesn't benefit the environment to have a bagless vacuum and then a bag empty system that's automatic. It's not easy to clean either.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a wonderful vacuum. I love that it has no cord. You can use it all through the house with no cord. The AI is really neat. It can tell if you are on the carpet or hardwood floor. The vacuum will change its function. I love how you can see the screen and it tells you the battery percentage. The only thing I don't like is the bags. You have to change them when they get full. That is something you have to keep buying. I like how you just put the vacuum into the base and it automatically sucks out all the garbage. The suction on this is great. It picks everything up on multiple different floors. I also like the light so you can see everything you are picking up. I highly recommend you try this out.

Really a Great Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had taken time to put the Samsung Bespoke AI Jet Cordless Stick Vacuum through a good use prior to determining if this was a good product or not. To my surprise, it checked most every box and performed very well.
The vacuum is not too heavy and did not make my arm feel to tired while using it with one hand. The vacuum has an awesome light feature that illuminates the floor so well, I was able to see things I had not seen before that needed to be vacuumed. The suction selection was wonderful. If I felt that I needed more suction, a simple button push gave me all I needed. And to reduce suction was just as easy, this with the display of time available on the battery, was a nice feature to make sure I was able to pace myself. The battery life was awesome as well. I was truly impressed. The vacuum being placed on the stand was extremely simple and the waste elimination was automatic and worked perfectly.
I would suggest, however, to consider making the paper bag a reusable plastic container and finding a place to hold the attachments. There is plenty of room and that seems like the biggest miss, as the attachments will need to be stored separately from the stick.
Otherwise, it is a wonderful vacuum and something I would highly recommend.

Best Vacuum Ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Samsung Bespoke AI Jet Ultra vacuum. The color is a nice sleek black and it comes with an Anti-Tangle Pet Tool, Combination Tool, Extension Crevice Tool, 3 dust bags,100 minute battery pack and 1 All-in-One Clean station. When I say it vacuums, I mean it vacuums. It's suction power is powerful. You have different options to how powerful you want the suction to be. Which is a great feature. I feel like it leaves my floor and carpet very clean. I like that it is also lightweight and not heavy. I highly recommend this vacuum to anyone who is looking for an upgrade.

Much better than I expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will say I was a little skeptical about paying this much for a vacuum, but I'm glad I did. I have used many other stick vacuums (name brand and off brand) and nothing compares to the suction of the Bespoke. Battery life has far exceeded any other model I have tried. I can finally do my entire 2000 Sq foot home on one charge!
Charging does take a while on this model, but again, since I can do my entire home on one charge, it's not an issue for me.
Things I really like:
- The ultra bright headlights make seeing in corners very easily to make sure no crumbs are missed.
- The suction is more than impressive. No other unit I've tried comes close. More like a traditional vacuum.
- The charging /emptying stand is very convenient. It prevents the unit from falling over (one of my gripes with other models).
- The self-emptying feature is nice to have.
- in terms of weight while vacuuming, it's a bit heavier (much more stable than other units I've tried.) I do feel I have more control when using it.

A few things I wish it had were a somewhat slimmer head. It's slim enough to get into most areas, like under the couch, but too tall to get under some other areas, like my coffee table.
When transitioning from my hardwood floor to a throw rug, it does automatically transition to carpet mode, but on the Mid setting, it picks up the rug. Vaccuming on low solves this, but it's a little inconvenient to have to switch levels. Finally, having a bag in the base is a little wasteful. Wish there was a more sustainable solution, but I guess it is what it is, and hopefully the bag can be reused.
Overall I am very impressed. I would definitely purchase this again.

Its sleek design and impressive feature set make tackling household messes a breeze. I've been particularly impressed with its powerful suction. Whether it's embedded dirt in my high-pile carpet, crumbs scattered across the hardwood floors, or even dust settled in the grout lines of my tile, the AI Jet Ultra effortlessly lifts debris, leaving surfaces noticeably cleaner.
One of the standout features is how lightweight the vacuum is. Maneuvering around furniture and carrying it up and down stairs is remarkably easy, especially compared to my previous bulky corded vacuum. This makes quick cleanups a truly effortless task.
The integrated AI technology has also proven to be quite effective. It intelligently detects the floor type and automatically adjusts the suction power accordingly. I've observed this working seamlessly as I transition from my living room carpet to the kitchen tiles and then to the wooden floors in the hallway. This automatic adjustment not only ensures optimal cleaning performance on each surface but also contributes to a more efficient use of battery power in the standard and AI modes.

However, the "Jet" setting, while providing an extra burst of intense suction for particularly stubborn messes, does come at the cost of significant battery drain. It's something to keep in mind and reserve for targeted cleaning rather than whole-house vacuuming.
My only real disappointment with the Bespoke AI Jet Ultra is the lack of an included tool holder. While the vacuum itself is beautifully designed and comes with several useful attachments, there's no convenient way to store them directly on the unit. This means I have to keep the extra tools in a separate drawer, which isn't ideal for quick access during cleaning. A simple clip-on or docking station with integrated tool storage would have significantly enhanced the overall user experience.
