To say it’s trash would be disrespectful to trash

Don’t do it. Don’t even think about it. If this “bespoke” piece of junk were $900 cheaper I’d still be utterly disappointed but not viscerally angry. As I type this my blood pressure is through the roof! I should have learned from the fridge disaster that the best of Samsung is long gone. Normally when I buy boogey it pays off - not this time. It lasts for 20 minutes. Idk why one needs AI in a vacuum in the first place but even if you did it’s not apart of this unit. It turns off if you vacuum stairs which sounds nice so things don’t fling when you lift it up but the roller doesn’t start back so you’re left looking like an idiot whilst cursing you’re existence halfway up any stairway. If you’re set on wasting your money this is the perfect purchase. People often give one star for the most trivial (the box was cardboard, it makes noise, etc.) reasons let me assure you this is not the case. There is absolutely nothing redeemable about this vacuum.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My worst purchase ever

I wish I read the reviews on this site prior to purchasing. I’m finding I have many of the same issues as several others have had. Primarily, using this machine on carpets is ridiculously difficult. My wife keeps trying, but just gives up every time. In addition, the “AI” function is bogus. Seems to me they just threw those letters on the product to make it appear it has an advanced functionality. And finally, why do I have to clean the dustbin and micro filter after EVERY use! It’s not like there’s even much dirt/dust in the dustbin and the filter mechanism. Even after only 5 minutes of use, the notification comes up. It takes more time to clean the parts than is spent using the machine to do the vacuuming! Consequently, the machine doesn’t get used much and we bought a different stick vacuum from another maker. The Samsung now mostly sits unused. Maybe I’ll use it to hang clothes on. Most expensive clothes horse ever.

Plus, the app that goes with it is surprisingly smooth and easy to navigate. Honestly, I was impressed with how user-friendly the interface is. The battery life is also pretty solid, lasting long enough for my cleaning tasks. I don't have to worry about it dying halfway through. It's definitely a good performer overall.This vacuum cleaner really glides around furniture with ease. It's so lightweight, making it a breeze to carry upstairs too. Plus, it comes with a bunch of handy attachments for different cleaning jobs. You can easily switch between them for floors, upholstery, and even those hard-to-reach corners. It makes tidying up feel a lot less like a chore. Honestly, it's a game-changer for keeping the house looking its best. I'm seriously impressed with how much power it packs for its size. You'll definitely find yourself reaching for it more often than you'd expect. Okay, so cleaning the filtration on your Samsung vacuum is actually pretty straightforward. This vacuum cleaner is the worst thing Samsung has ever made! Never buy this vacuum cleaner! It's terrible! It's big and heavy, and that's why Samsung is giving this model a big discount because it's junk! I'm returning it! And let the people who made it use it!

Good battery life and convenient to use

Really like a clean station, which is not only helps to avoid dealing with emptying vacuum but also a convenient way to store it.
Easy to handle, even for kids.
Good suction, AI mode covers the hassle of switching between floor and carpet.

Giving it 4 stars because of couple things, which needs to be improved:
1. Laser instead of LED, like green laser on Dyson, which is way better in highlighting small trash or even fur on the floor.
2. Missing ability to customize suction power for different modes (slightly increase/decrease)
3. Integration with smart reorder: ability to enter number of bags left, track when bag was replaced and notify/reorder.
