Great vacuum with power and convenience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Samsung Bespoke Jet for a few weeks now, and honestly, it’s the first vacuum I don’t feel the need to hide in a closet when guests come over. It looks incredibly sleek, but the real winner is the All-in-One Clean Station. Not having to breathe in a cloud of dust every time I empty the bin is a total game-changer for my allergies.
It handles my hardwood floors and area rugs effortlessly, and the suction is powerful enough to pick up the tiny debris that my old vacuum used to just push around. It’s surprisingly lightweight, too, so my arm doesn’t feel like it’s had a workout by the time I’m done with the stairs. It is definitely a bit of an investment, but for the convenience of the self-emptying base alone, I’d say it’s 100% worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am enjoying my new Bespoke AI Jet Ultra Vacuum. It came with the cleaning station and plenty of attachments. It works really well on my tile and short pile carpet using the AI feature to adjust the suction. The battery lasts a lot longer than the one on my old Stick 60.
The filtration system seems to work really well, although it is a bit sensitive to needing cleaned after every other use. I just set my dustbin emptying to the LONG setting and run it twice. If it still says it needs clean I just delete the message, because it doesn't.
I love the new LED light on the front of it, that my old jet stick did not have. It makes maneuvering underneath tables and chairs so much easier. I don't know if the charger does battery conditioning, so I do slide off the battery after it is charged up, just to keep it from shortening the life of it.
Overall it is great at what it does and that is keeping your floors clean and your back happy! I just received
my new Mop Head for it so I will need to give it a test spin as soon as I get the pads for it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, great battery life and suction, but the difficult part is how it isn't very maneuverable. The head of the vacuum is too light, and the way it is pushed around makes it difficult to keep straight. I believe it would benefit from a heavier main floor head, and better wheels to push it. For the price, they need to go back to the drawing board and improve it.
Also, the way that they have the base with the auto empty is a cool feature, but, they make it proprietary with bags. It should be a bagless design across the board, because it doesn't benefit the environment to have a bagless vacuum and then a bag empty system that's automatic. It's not easy to clean either.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

All around great!

I chose this over Dyson for the simple fact that I run all Samsung appliances. I won't lie, I was nervous about this purchase because Samsung hasn't been in the game like Dyson has. Wow! I'm completely surprised. I absolutely love this vacuum and the AI mode. It will literally suck up my carpet if you leave it in one spot too long. Great product!
