I chose this over Dyson for the simple fact that I run all Samsung appliances. I won't lie, I was nervous about this purchase because Samsung hasn't been in the game like Dyson has. Wow! I'm completely surprised. I absolutely love this vacuum and the AI mode. It will literally suck up my carpet if you leave it in one spot too long. Great product!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Buy a dyson

Bought in March 2024 and our motorized brush head stopped working after 18 months and it costs ~300+ to replace that piece. Don’t bother, buy a Dyson.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
