Well Designed Product - Maneuverability Improvable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bespoke AI Jet Ultra is a very well built vacuum and the features are very well designed. The overall functionality is what one would expect for a stick vacuum. For the price point, I would expect the vacuum to be easier to move on carpeted surfaces as it doesn't feel as though it has much pull. The suction doesn't adjust as well as I'd like when on plusher surfaces. It tends to get stuck pretty easily. The battery holds a long lifespan and charges pretty quickly. I like the dust bag emptying mechanism and it keeps cleaning the debris easy and filters well. The attachments that come with the vacuum are good but attachment storage options could be improved on the base station.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great vacuum with power and convenience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Samsung Bespoke Jet for a few weeks now, and honestly, it’s the first vacuum I don’t feel the need to hide in a closet when guests come over. It looks incredibly sleek, but the real winner is the All-in-One Clean Station. Not having to breathe in a cloud of dust every time I empty the bin is a total game-changer for my allergies.
It handles my hardwood floors and area rugs effortlessly, and the suction is powerful enough to pick up the tiny debris that my old vacuum used to just push around. It’s surprisingly lightweight, too, so my arm doesn’t feel like it’s had a workout by the time I’m done with the stairs. It is definitely a bit of an investment, but for the convenience of the self-emptying base alone, I’d say it’s 100% worth it.

Great Suck, Great Vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great vacuum and much improved. I use the vacuum on Jet, one below the super 400 watt suction and it's great. I also love the docking station. It auto cleans itself and you don't have to go with your hands to remove and stuck dust it picks up like with other vacuums. Love it!

I do not know about if the "ai" is needed but I like that it is lighted, makes it easier to do under couches and other things. Cleanstation is the best part about this vacuum it is a nice setup. Vacuum also does a good job and lasts awhile on a charge too.
