I really love this case and feel like my phone is super secure it it, however its incredibly hard to get on and off and is so precise paired with the otterbox screen protector that it causes a pressure point resulting in me having a permanent air bubble on the side of my screen protector

I am sorry but I have ben a loyal otterbox user for 20 years and I just do not like the new design. SO miss the rubber over-protector which provided so much better grip. I have the clear back model and it has sliped out of my hand several times already. I found it very difficult to get the phone into it and God forbid it gets wet, there is no getting it out of this case in a hurry to dry it! Design evolution in this case is not my taste. THANK GOD you still have the bet clip, that is the primary reason why I use OB!!

I do not like the design. I don't like the way the case goes together and I do not like the clear plastic back. Shows finger smudges all the time.

Nice case, but it does not work well with the OtterSpot Wireless Charging System. Also a little tight on the opening....can interfere with screen protectors causing them to lift and get bubbles.

Case is ok. the accessories are backordered and Otterbox does not let you know how when or where this starts and updates are non existant unless you email and wait and waitl. Sad of a company I have used and apreciated for years.

The magnets arent strong enough to hold my phone up on anything (metal surface, or even a magnetic phone holder... pretty disappointed coming from otterbox which tends to be the highest rated cases..

Hello Brandon! The new Defender Series Pro XT with Magnets is designed to work specifically with Qi2 compatible mounts. Other magnetic mounts may not be fully compatible with the Qi2 capabilities of our case.
