No Speed Buttons or Function

I love the size and it works well. The functions are full with things I suspect people rarely use. Most people using a microwave just want to open the door and heat something fast. Not press 1 press 0 press 0 press ok. Speed buttons are much more used functions like press 1 and immediately one minute goes on full power. Have been unable to understand the codes for changing the weight to pounds and the manual does not specify.
We had a great company in Albuquerque NM install our microwave called Smart Homes LLC. Very knowledgeable and handled all the hurdles with the new outlet wiring, new ductwork, and tile work. Smart Homes LLC was really great!

Unreliable quality, stopped working AGAIN!!!

Stopped working after 6-7 months, repaired under warranty, 2 months later stopped working again...... I assume this is a bad design or mine is a defective unit. Keep in mind that after the repair the warranty would only be for 2-3 months......
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’ve bought this 3 months ago and still working like a charm it does cool fast and make’s notification when done on my phone. I love it could have more applications but so far it is doing what it’s attended to.

I do love the notification I get when I leave the to go do other errands and the ability to set a time to start the microwave on my phone makes it feel so high tech yet simple. Just wish it could do more as well. Like tell me when I received a text or a call etc
