Dim numbers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the look of it and the extra space over the stove but it’s almost impossible to see the numbers unless every light in the kitchen is on. And even then I have to get within a few inches. Don’t understand why the numbers aren’t brighter.

Worth it with savings

The only think it needs like a bumper on the corner the first week I bumped my head 6 times trying to close the door. Only negative is that its hard to change the time on the screen; wish you could change it on the smart things app

A bad engineering marvel

I seriously am wondering if anyone at Samsung actually used this machine before sending it out. You need to have your products tested by real people that actually use microwaves and don’t just have them around looking nice.
It gets two stars because it looks nice and heats things up. That’s about where the pros end.
Unable to see the buttons at nearly any time of day unless you have bright lights turned on. One of the dumbest things is the defrost feature where you can only defrost by weight and cannot enter a time manually. The fan button is in the absolute worst spot. The blue coloring for the digital display…why?
All in all I regret this purchase but I will use it until it dies which should be soon according to other reviewers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Stopped working after 6-7 months, repaired under warranty, 2 months later stopped working again...... I assume this is a bad design or mine is a defective unit. Keep in mind that after the repair the warranty would only be for 2-3 months......

Great microwave

When I close it sometimes it turns it on. And the smart cook buttons. You have to guess at what you are cooking by instructions on the oven

Adequate basic MW but there are problems

I have had this microwave for 8 months or so and there are 3 things that annoy me. 1. Clock Does not automatically sync even though the MW is connected to my network 2. Fan makes a lot of noise but water vapor from steaming pots never really gets drawn through the filters. I do not have this exhausted outside. I just use the internal path where the fan blows out the top. 3. How about a real manual for my specific MW! Trying to figure out the reheat, auto-cook etc sequence is really annoying. …and why isn’t there an reheat for 1 piece of pizza? You can only do an auto-reheat for 2 pieces?

Not a good microwave

I bought this microwave last year and it is the slowest heating microwave ever. Occasionally stops working and it takes forever to warm a glass of milk. Also, it is not possible to clearly see the inside of the microwave when it is on.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor product, buyer beware

Didn’t work out of the box, but I was happy that Samsung covered the repair under warranty. Of course here I am now just 18 days past the warranty expiration and the microwave is dead once again with a C-F2 Absolute garbage and not at all what I would expect from a name like Samsung. Very frustrating.

If you get an error code, service is pretty much needed. First, you may clear the error if you power cycle the microwave.
