[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The slim model fits very nice in my space and has the capacity that I normally cook with using the microwave of larger sizes. The controls have the quick settings I want in 30 sec increments, better suited for me compared to default minute in others. The ventilation and lighting is good, but it is nice that is has wifi connectivity so I can turn them on/off when I am not by them, when I run the fan longer that I am right around the microwave or turning on the light from a distance.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We purchased this microwave in Nov of 2024, it worked well for 3 months. It was unusable immediately after, it would run the fan on its own or start running as if someone turned it on, we had to end up unplugging it. Sounds silly but it has taken me awhile to write this review because we have 5 kids and it is super frustrating thinking about and dealing with this. We had to purchase a cheap one to use in our garage until we uninstall this one... DO NOT BUY and Samsung did nothing about it!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

OK microwave

The microwave looks nice and the low profile was recommended by my kitchen designer. It also heats well. But now wish we’d read the reviews before buying. We’ve found the control panel very hard to see without lights full bright. Like another reviewer, the panel didn’t appear this dark in the store (which had low lighting in the appliance section). We also had to figure out on our own how to adjust the power and a necessary step was missing in the quick start manual on setting the clock. Now the clock has started to have a mind of its own on a daily basis over the past week, changing to an inaccurate setting (off by hours) without anyone touching it. Next step is calling customer care for assistance because this new clock issue will be a problem for us. Just hoping the Samsung gas stove and dishwasher we bought at the same time don’t have problems…
