OK microwave

The microwave looks nice and the low profile was recommended by my kitchen designer. It also heats well. But now wish we’d read the reviews before buying. We’ve found the control panel very hard to see without lights full bright. Like another reviewer, the panel didn’t appear this dark in the store (which had low lighting in the appliance section). We also had to figure out on our own how to adjust the power and a necessary step was missing in the quick start manual on setting the clock. Now the clock has started to have a mind of its own on a daily basis over the past week, changing to an inaccurate setting (off by hours) without anyone touching it. Next step is calling customer care for assistance because this new clock issue will be a problem for us. Just hoping the Samsung gas stove and dishwasher we bought at the same time don’t have problems…
