[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like the microwave so far; we had an issue with the first delivery (could not install missing an internal part) and after a few phone calls Samsung replaced the unit and took the first one away. We have only had it installed for 1 month, so will need to review again later. The microwave is quiet and simple, the touch on the buttons is easy, although need to get used to how you open it to make sure that you don't turn on the fan. The light and fan are great, no issues there. I wish that it didn't stick out quite so far, but once we installed the oven/stove below, it really wasn't noticeable. The microwave currently works as expected, ask back in 6 months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I prefer using my small Black and Decker microwave. Terrible design. Most of the time I am turning on the light or the fan. I have a flashlight near by to use it at night.

Not so happy at all…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mine is inhabited by a ghost that turns it on whenever… I purchased a warranty but it only covers the special I had when I purchased, now it costs $150 more in a years time… I did get a gift certificate for it, but I wished I had a more reliable product…

Im even able to turn the lights and exhaust fan off and on. The hidden buttons are also a great look! Love love love my Samsung Microwave.

Little Microwave with Big Features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After several months of use, I can confidently say it is a awesome microwave. It feels well made the door latch is heavy meaning it requires a little muscle to open but so far it works great the hood works great the under lighting is good. If there was one thing I wish it did I wish the hood synced with my Samsung cooktop that is also smart, both of them are on my Wi-Fi, they both have Bluetooth. I wish the microwave knew when the burners were on and started the hood vent.
I would recommend this to a friend!
