Induction cooktop slow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cooktop burners are slow to acknowledge cooking utensils. Controls are slow to activate oven. Have to press multiple times.

We would like to help and provide some guidance regarding the induction burners on your cooktop unit. We have an article that explains in detail the proper cooking items to use for your unit titled" Electric Range & Cooktop - Induction Cookware Size and Shape" Regarding the controls being slow. We would suggest unplugging the unit for 2-3 min to do a reset and then plugging it back in. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved my old GE Profile Induction cook-top. When I moved into a different house, I really missed it so I purchased this Product and it does no fail to deliver. I wish there was an owner's manual that came with it so I could be sure about operating the air fryer. If this is located online, it was not mentioned in the documentation that came with the range. I also miss having a new roasting pan with the oven.

Do not buy!

This oven died after 4 years of use. I do not recommend purchasing. The control panel caught on fire while I was heating it up. The fan then also went out. We replaced the parts but the oven still won't work. This company should be ashamed of themselves for not standing behind it products after one year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've been using it for about a month. Induction cooktop heats amazingly fast. Boils 2 cups of water in 90 seconds.
I am very concerned about scuffing/scratching the glass top with my cast-iron pans though. Wish someone made a top more scratch resistant.
Haven't baked anything yet, but the air fry worked great for French fries.
I have no buyer's remorse and will recommend purchasing one to my friends and family.
