We bought this after looking at several options and are so happy we did! It looks nice in our kitchen. The thermal pot is light weight and pours better than our old cuisinart. We love the water reserve on the back and it holds a large quantity of water. We have used all the features and it is very easy to use. We have no issue with the wand height as others wrote and have steamed milk and made tea several times. We recommend the 4 in 1 for the looks, functions, cost, and ease of use.

This is just what we needed when my Nespresso and Keurig both died at the same time. My husband prefers K-cup pods but I like either Nespresso or brewed coffee. This does it all and does it well. The brewer is fast and I love having the steamer/hot water spout. The controls are fairly easy to use and it replaced 4 machines!

this machine has taken some getting use to. I have had to make several adjustments in measuring the coffee so that I get coffee flavor. the k-cup still not getting a good tasting coffee from it. all in all it's mostly hipe. would i recommend it, no not really

I was so excited to find a machine that made a pot of coffee, a kcup when I only need one and espresso!! I think when you do too many things , something always lacks. The coffee was never hot enough, and did not stay warm for more than 40 minutes even with the stainless carafe . Trying to program it was was so confusing!it was absolutely not user friendly. Never could figure out why it went on some mornings and others it didn’t! The reason I returned it was that when using the espresso pods, and yes we tried many brands , it EXPLODED!! Hot water shot out!! Dangerous to say the least. When I got burned - it went back!

Good basic coffee maker

I've had this for about 6 months now and have used both the coffee maker side and the espresso options. No issues with any pods. The 2 things that are issues are the temperature of the coffee is not hot enough and the frother is not good at all. No matter how clean I keep it, it always smells like mildew. Also the frothing itself is not very good.

This machine does everything it says it’s going to do. But if it had a couple of tweaks, it would be even better. For example, the steam wand is a little long, which makes it difficult to get the cup under for frying milk. Also, it would be nice if it were a little taller to have larger size travel mugs fit into the space. What I typically do is put a couple of regular mugs on the machine and then pour them into my larger travel mugs. But from a coffee making perspectives, the machine is excellent.
