I thought i would love love love this pot but NO NO NO!!! I have gone through 4 of these pots in 2 years! Soooo disappointed ☹️ in Cuisinart. I never had such poor quality in a coffeemaker. NEVER AGAIN
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Read all the reviews before ordering this coffee maker. Some were pretty disappointing but I thought i would try it anyway.
I havent had any leaking or splattering. Thermal pot keeps the coffee warm enough to drink past 4 hours. No problems with the temperature of the coffee either on the carafe side or the single cup side.
The only problem I encountered during setup was caused by me not reading the instructions.
I would gladly recommend this coffee maker

It is so much fun to have all of the different options for my coffee in one place - taking up less space on the counter and giving more ways to impress my friends. Though I mostly use the pod, I can make a pot if more want coffee with dessert. Then there is always the expresso option for those affogatos.

Poor Design

I bought this a few weeks ago and while I really like the ability to do single serve coffee with the single serve pods, I am overall disappointed in this product. The thermal carafe is very hard to clean and difficult to pour from. It is also challenging to fill the water reservoir without spilling due to the design. I would return if I could.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Coffee goes cold

There is no warmer under the carafe so coffee goes cold quickly. Carafe does not keep it hot. This is not obvious from the description. Don't buy this model. Get the one with the warmer. Other features work fine but this mode is horrible.

Love clearing up counter space with options in one

We’ve had it a month and love it so far. I wish it had small rollers on the bottom that could be released for filling the reservoir but other thank that it is working great. We love the options for espresso, k cups, and pots of coffee. although we’ve only used it twice, the steamer/frother worked fine. (The steaming stem doesn’t flex out very far but it worked with a little maneuvering.)

A very solid everyday coffee maker. Limited only in that it is not a full-blown espresso machine, but the Nespresso pods do an excellent job in making quick espresso drinks. The K-Cup single-serve function using the devices for using your own coffee is absolutely perfect. Great coffee appliance. Highly recommend.
