Great coffee maker, with built-in filtration. The only thing I don’t like about it, the steam arm does not lift up and down only swivels left to right. It’s hard to get a mug out from underneath

Purchased this combo coffee maker- carafe and single cup. Directions were a bit sketchy on how to operate. However I figured out how to switch back and forth between a single cup and carafe. I am very pleased with this unit.

We bought this after looking at several options and are so happy we did! It looks nice in our kitchen. The thermal pot is light weight and pours better than our old cuisinart. We love the water reserve on the back and it holds a large quantity of water. We have used all the features and it is very easy to use. We have no issue with the wand height as others wrote and have steamed milk and made tea several times. We recommend the 4 in 1 for the looks, functions, cost, and ease of use.
