I haven't had this coffeemaker long enough to have used all the features. So far, I am pleased with it. I'm a long-time Cuisinart customer and currently also have one of their crockpots and a food processor. I've had both of those items for at least 10 years and have been very pleased with so I expect the same with the coffeemaker.

Such a pleasure! It is what it says. Easy to set up, sleek looking, makes a great cup or pot of coffee, and even allows for a cold iced coffee over ice! I highly recommend.

We have had previous models of the Cuisinart 14-cup coffee makers. This one has the same exact complaint that we have sent to Cuisinart multiple times, when you open the top panel after it has brewed coffee water runs down the back of the coffee maker and all over the area behind it. That's one star off. Secondly, this Cuisinart doesn't offer a selection to make a stronger brew as all of our previous models did. This coffee maker doesn't make coffee as flavorable or strong as the prior ones did. We have to add several extra cups of ground coffe to achieve a good flavor, so minus another star.

Flashing Brew/Off button — No Coffee

Quit working after 5 weeks of use. Light within the Brew/Off button just slowly flashes on/off. No way to bypass it and get it to do anything. Do not buy this thing.
