Awful Machine - Extremely Disappointed

Awful!!! Only brewed coffee twice before getting an error message and flashing brew button light. I’ve owned several Cuisinart coffee makers over the years and have always been happy with them. Not sure what happened in the product development and testing cycle on this one, but it’s a huge failure. (Look at the other reviews). Please tell me Cuisinart isn’t going the way of American auto manufacturers— more technology with zero reliability.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Truly enjoy my new coffee maker. This is my second. The first one served great coffee for over 15 years. I'm certain my new one will last as long.

Too many flaws-should be recalled

Very dissapointed with flaws! 1. Cant slide on counter 2. Cant pour without spilling 3. Returned to kohls and got the other 14 cup-no problems so far 4. Dont buy

Recall the Carafe lid and send replacements

The coffee it produces is very good. However, the lid to the carafe is an engineering fiasco of the ilk expected from Boeing. Somehow the lid which has a cool looking two little winglets, one to each side, interfere with the flow of the just brewed liquid gold causing it to dispense itself to the apparently, in their judgment, rather thirsty countertop. This leakage is unstoppable and the lid should be recalled and replaced, it would be a cheap fix and make the item rise to cuisinart expected quality.

Just got the new coffeepot and after the second use I got an ErH code displayed on the coffeemaker. I could not find anything about that in the book that came with the coffee pot as to what that was. I had to look it up on Google. It is an error code. I unplugged it as recommended and it worked fine the next time. Then on its 4th use, I got the error message again, and my coffee started boiling in the pot and something smelled burnt. I unplugged it once again and then it never started back up so I had to send it back, and I am currently waiting for my replacement.

Broken after a few uses

We have used this coffee maker less than 10 times before it stopped working. The brew button flashes and doesn’t move ahead in the brew cycle. We tried all of the fixes we could find including reset, cleaning, and making sure all lids were completely shut. Nothing works and now we have a broken coffee maker 2 weeks after we got it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

2 in 1 Coffee Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Cuisinart Coffee machine was Elite. It brewed the most delicious cup of HOT coffee and COLD coffee as well. The only thing that I didn’t like was the fact that you can only brew one temperature at a time. If you wanted a hot cup you have to brew that first. Then clean it out put ice in the carafe and brew cold coffee. But other than that the coffee machine was easy to use and easy to clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really love this brewer! Has an in-built fine-mesh coffee filter, so it saves me the hassle and expense of buying paper filters. Super easy to clean, and has a huge 14 cup capacity to serve multiple people. Has a programmable time setting which makes it a little extra special so I don’t have to worry about that extra “making the coffee” step in the morning. It also has a temperature setting to allow for low, medium or high temperatures depending on your preference.
All in all I really enjoy this brewer, and love the nice, clean tasting cup of coffee.
