Leaks when pouring. Carafe is poorly designed. I’m contemplating returning it.

HORRIBLE PERFORMANCE

I have a Cuisinart coffee maker. In fact it is the third one under warranty and it too failed right out of the box. Whenever you call, they offer to send another one, but it fails for the same reasons. I don't recommend Cuisinart products to anyone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this coffee pot! Has some great features! I had an older version of this coffee pot and was sad when it started leaking! I bought this as the replacement and am very happy so far! The look is sleek and modern, easy to navigate, measuring spoon included (it’s ok) ,and I am looking forward to using the Over Ice feature! My only concern is that the lid does not lie flat. It bows a bit; not sure what that’s about. It does not impact the flavor of the coffee so I am going to get over that!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a replacement- the exact one I had quit working. I was happy to know there was a 3 year warranty- it took longer than 7-10 days but it finally showed up on day 21. Hopefully this one will last longer- 🙏

worst coffeemaker ever

Bought this one when my old reliable 20 year old coffeemaker finally gave up. Without a doubt, this is the worst coffeemaker I have ever owned. The coffee is cold by the second cup. It is awkward to pour out of the heavy pot. Cleaning the coffeepot is hard to do because you can't get a washcloth inside easily so you need to use a long handled brush. The design is awful, to use it is awkward. This had to be designed by someone that hates coffee drinkers. Sorry Cuisinart, you really blew it with this one...next time I'll buy a Krups...as soon as I can get rid of this clunker.

It is very easy to set up and use. Doesn’t hog a lot of counter space.

Too many flaws-should be recalled

Very dissapointed with flaws! 1. Cant slide on counter 2. Cant pour without spilling 3. Returned to kohls and got the other 14 cup-no problems so far 4. Dont buy

Recall the Carafe lid and send replacements

The coffee it produces is very good. However, the lid to the carafe is an engineering fiasco of the ilk expected from Boeing. Somehow the lid which has a cool looking two little winglets, one to each side, interfere with the flow of the just brewed liquid gold causing it to dispense itself to the apparently, in their judgment, rather thirsty countertop. This leakage is unstoppable and the lid should be recalled and replaced, it would be a cheap fix and make the item rise to cuisinart expected quality.
