I bought this machine about 3 weeks ago, on Valentine's Day when my old coffee maker unceremoniously died. I use it daily, and I love the stupid simplicity of it: Add water. Add coffee. Push the big button on the right. Enjoy! My only two complaints are that the coffee pot lid design could be better as 'aggressive' pouring causing the water/coffee to leak out between the pot and lid, and the 'big button' doesn't always register when pushed. It's a small annoyance that could be engineered out of the product. However, a fun feature that I appreciate is the warmer countdown. It's a detail I didn't know I needed.

Beautiful design and an excellent cup of coffee. The only issue I have with this coffee maker is the carafe, it leaks out when you pour. It may just be the one I received but it is a little annoying to have to clean up after every pour

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awesome coffee maker. Coffee tastes like it is supposed to. Wishing I had changed out earlier. Super easy to set up on automatic or just push button to start immediately. Love the heat pad. I have mine set to make coffee at 7 and stay on for 3 hours. Great you can add additional 30 minute increments and the iced coffee setting is a nice feature also.

I was really impressed with the quality and wanted something similar with a few upgrades. I've had the new coffee pot for about a month and am very happy with it so far. I haven't had this coffeemaker long enough to have used all the features. So far, I am pleased with it. I'm a long-time Cuisinart customer and currently also have one of their crockpots and a food processor. I've had both of those items for at least 10 years and have been very pleased with so I expect the same with the coffeemaker.
