Unfortunately the meater Pro Duo is not charging. Unable to set up and use at this time. I have both the meater + and meater pro both working great, the Pro Duo I am having issue with.

It's great to hear that your MEATER+ and MEATER Pro are working well, but it’s clear that the Pro Duo is not charging is preventing you from getting started with the new set. In many cases, charging difficulties with the Duo can be caused by how the probes are seated in the charger or by a power supply not delivering enough current. Make sure the contacts on the charger and probes are clean, the probes are fully inserted, and the charging cable is connected to a reliable power source. If there’s still no response, it may be a power management issue within the charger itself.

I already had the Meater + (3 years now) and wanted to upgrade. the set up for the Pro duo was easy and I even added the Meater + as well. All 3 on the same app!
Requested this as birthday gift and used for first time last weekend. Worked great for 12 hour pork butt cook at 225. Loved the graph showing the stall and how it responded after it was wrapped. Definitely recommend!!!
I gave this to my dad for Father's Day and he loves it!! It seamlessly connected to his WiFi, now he is monitoring his cooks from all over the place. On his first cook, he did a rib eye over direct flame and the probe worked flawlessly. Highly recommend this!!
I splurged and took advantage of a sweet sale. I have the Meater probe that my wife gave me for my Birthday several years ago, and recently I got the Pro Duo and I am so very pleased. The probes look awesome and function even better. I could not be more pleased. The app is fantastic and the system is easy to set up and use!
Works great on initial temp setting then when i put back in oven it will not let me rest temp to a higher setting...frustrating ...also range issues with connectivity even with charging block on hopper of smoker
