I cannot connect to the meater with my phone. I have been on hold with Meater and cannot make it happen

Hello, and thanks for reviewing the MEATER Pro Duo. We are sorry to hear that you are unable to connect your Duo to the app. The first thing to do in these situations is to make sure that your device is compatible, even if it is successfully installed, by checking for your phone's OS version at support.meater.com/faqs/compatible-devices. On that page will also be additional requirements, which are worth verifying for as well. Another reason something like this may occur is if the probes are already paired with a second smart device. To get around this, temporarily disable the Bluetooth on the other device until you have your phone connected. While these are just a couple of steps that can be tried, there are more that can be provided by MEATER Customer Service. And even though some times of day may be busier than others, we have agents available 365 days of the year, until 10:00 PM MT, so you should be able to reach us quickly, when it is still convenient for your schedule.
I have had 2 other models this is my favorite so far. I was unsure of the rechargeable battery since it’s not an everyday use I was concerned it would be dead or die when cooking. Hasn’t been an issue charged up ready to go in 30 minutes. Temps are accurate and really helps keep an eye on crucial cooks. I recommend these to everyone that asks what I use.
it doesn't charge correctly - I have tried to reach out to you guys. maybe its just the box it comes in, but it doesn't work correctly

It’s amazing hopefully it’s better every time you change the models. I love the last two but one of them has quit working so hopefully these two last longer but I find that they’re very accurate.
I bought the duo pro. They connected fine then before a cook, I then start using them and they kept disconnecting even though the block was right next to the probes and then worst of all it ruined my steak by giving me a temp that was off by 30°+. They sent me replacement probes and those still wouldn’t connect to the app. Waste of time
