Good Value, Cleans Well

Cleans clothes very well, removes stains much better than the impeller machine I replaced. It is louder than my previous machine but did sound like what you should hear from the GE website. Some parts seem flimsy and the top doesn't fasten down tight. I like the ability to adjust the water levels and temperatures. Over all it is a good machine for the money.

Cleaner clothes

Bought this washer to replace an older one of the same model. I also wanted to go back to an agitator instead of an impeller. It is definitely more sensitive to the load becoming off balance but I now feel confident of the cleanliness of my laundry.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This washer makes a noise I can’t stand. When washing it makes a back and forth sound. Everyone who comes over during the time my machine is washing asks what’s wrong with the machine and hates the washing noise.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
