Dryer runs quiet. Washer not so much.

New washer and dryer combo were installed in our condo kitchen closet. The dryer runs quiet enough to not interfere with normal conversation or TV programming. The washer is louder than I had hoped. I wish these appliances included dB numbers to give the buyer a better idea of what to expect - sound-wise - before buying. For those of us living in condo/apartments which are all on one floor with the washer/dryer oftentimes near the Kitchen/Livingroom, the sound factor is important.

Loud but cleans well

The washer works well but is extremely noisy. Our last washer (4 years old) made loud noises due to parts wearing down and unable to replace them any more. This washer sounds worse than the one that broke down. It washes well but clunks and shifts gears so loudly. Hopefully it is just the way it works and not bad parts.

Did not come with a drain hose keeper for use with the laundry tub. So that delayed using it for a while. At this point great value for the money. Only had it for less than a month. Ask me in s few years.

I like the way it cleans and is super deep and big and can fit a queen comforter in it. I'm happy with it so far. The one thing I don't like is that it takes so much extra time to wash when u use the fabric softener setting. Also the lights stay on for a while if you open the lid. I always keep my lid open because I don't want it to mold inside the tub. I have only been using it for about a month so not 100%sure about it but I do like it so far.

Works well. Spin cycle not as good as front Loader but overall features much better. Installers were great.
