I've only had the washer a couple of weeks. I wish the sound button included a sound notification when it was done. Otherwise, no issues.

I Can't Believe I Love Doing Laundry

I wanted a strong performing washing machine that was easy to use. I love that the agitator actually cleans my clothes. Being able to adjust soaking, water levels and more just adds to this work horse. Also, this is the first glass top that I can actually see into even when using hot water. Every washer I had in the past would fog up - not this beauty. I am telling all my neighbors.

This washer has an agitator and a large deep drum! My old machine did not have this, and it looked like it was just smashing the clothes together in a small bit of water. This machine has a lot of options for types of wash loads. It has a dispenser for liquid bleach but there are no directions on how to use it. Bleach is not mentioned in the user manual. I have used it twice, pouring in the indicated amount on the bleach bottle, but the clothes do not look clean or have that fresh bleach smell. I will pursue the answer to this online. Overall, great machine so far.

Have only had 1 month but excellent so far. This holds a huge amount of items for washing. Also taller than many machines so if you have overhead cabinets in laundry space they do not obstruct machine lid.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The washer is excellent. I especially like the "quick wash" cycle. Easy to use, runs quietly and in general makes a simple wash just that - simple.
