As of now, this product is doing what it suppose to do. clothes are clean and the control panel is user friendly.

This washer does it all! It cleans well even sanitizes too! I’m amazed by all the different cycles you can use. So far I love it!

This product does a good job but is certainly much louder than our last washing machine. Our last washing machine was much more quiet and you couldn’t hear it in the next room, but this new one is much louder and can be heard throughout the downstairs.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
