I’m very happy with how easy it is to use. I like how you can easily add an item while machine is running. I like the option to choose water level, although so far the automatic option is what I use. I love the glass lid. Cleans the clothes.

The best feature about this washer is the way it looks. It is the noisiest washer. My old 29 year old machine.made less noise. As far as cleaning I guess it does the job however I have had to wash a couple of stained pieces twice. I wish I had gotten the model with knobs where I could easily regulate the controls. I also hate the lid lock. If you want to add to the tub you have to wait for the cycle to pause before it will open.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
