It's too soon to tell if it's durable and will last a while, but overall it's pretty good. The design of the controls is a bit weird to me. Why include a digital display and analog wheel? And the agitator does seem a bit rougher on our clothes than our prior washer with no agitator.

The washer performed as expected. Ran it through sever test cycles and did very well. The first washer (identical to this one) delivered did not work and had to be sent back to the warehouse.

Waited 25 years to purchase a new washer and dryer. This washer is so noisy I have to close the door when running. It always gets off balance when spinning no matter how I try to distribute the clothes. It twists my sheets so I wonder how clean they are really getting. So disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
