After four small loads of clothes the agitator was laying in the bottom of the washing drum in four pieces.

This new washing machine is Amazing!! It thinks for itself and does a fantastic job cleaning our clothes yet leaving them softer than if we had used softener. I love it!

Exceptional Deep Fill Washer!!

It took me a while to get used to this washer because when you start it it starts spinning with a few shots of water and I thought it was broken. BUT it was actually spinning to get the load level before it filled with water. My old washer was 14 years old and needless to say I wasn't used to all this new technology. The first wash was so good that it got stains out of an old towel that had been used for cleaning. I was shocked! I did put some SHOUT on it but never dreamed the stains would come out. I noticed a lot of reviews that said it was very noisy. The only noise I hear is when the lid locks. In fact, I kept checking to see if it was working because it was so quiet! And the last noticeable feature is the deep fill. It's so deep I can barely reach the bottom. It holds a LOT of clothes!! The delivery guys were very professional and knowledgeable. They installed and showed me how to operate the washer. They notify you of your pending delivery and text you when they're close to your house. I am very happy with my new washer and hopefully it will last me many years.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Beautiful to look at and beautiful to use. Pluses are: runs quiet...large tub
..cleans very well..
Place to put extra sanitizer...can see minutes left before wash is complete...removable soap dispenser for easy clean up.
Cons: it does have an anjustable sound to tell you when wash is complete, but it is way too soft for my aging ears to hear while in another room.
