New and loud

This machine is loud and shakes a lot of we got this machine about two weeks ago and not liking it

We are sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with your new appliance, as it is shaking and noisy during the wash cycle. There are many sounds associated with washers; however if your washer is noisy there may be a simple solution.
To minimize the possibility of electric shock, unplug this appliance from the power supply before attempting any maintenance or cleaning.

What's not to love!!!

I bought this GE washing machine to replace an older machine that could not be economically repaired. I chose this particular model based on the features and the price. This model had the tall agitator (guess I'm old school), the option for double rinse, AND love this...you can choose either auto fill for the water or your own choice of low, med, max. The lid is see through, which is a first for me and I love it. I could use the auto fill and see just how much water I was getting so I could feel confident using that option or when using the gentle cycle I could see if the machine was actually being gentle! Another GREAT feature I learned after using it, the lid does NOT automatically lock for every option. This is something I appreciate so much as I found the locking lid a huge frustration most of the time. Also, the size of the drum is very large which is great for large families or washing towels or bedding. With so many options for water settings, temperatures, and cycles this machine has truly exceeded my expectations. I loved it so much I went back and purchased the matching dryer! First time in 35 years to have a matching set!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good washer with actual water!!

Good washing machine! There are plenty of options for load types. You can choose the water level and max level actually has water! So far I am a fan…I have 2 young boys, a dog and my husband’s job involves a lot of dirt. A lot of clothes run through my laundry room!
