Top load with Agitator

Our front loader wasn't doing the job after 13 years of use. We went back to Top load but choice was Agitator or not. Went agitator and very glad. Rumor on No Agitator machines is that the barrel gets out of balance with large loads. Machine is very quick and is cleaning clothes very nicely

Love my new washer. Love that you can control tge water level. Very easy to use. It has a big washing tub and love that it has a glass top.

Great GE washer and dryer

I have been using my GE Washer and Dryer for around 3 weeks now and so far I’m loving it. The washer is a 4.5 cu feet stainless steel tub, lost of room for washing everything. Love the push buttons and the fact I can choose how much water I want for the load such as, small, medium and large loads or I can let it do the set weight and water feature option. My clothes come out so clean and smells so fresh. I purchased the matching dryer and it’s working great, large 7.4cu. Love everything about it.

Just What I Wanted

Thus is my fifth GE washing machine. I have liked them each, good job for many years. I don't want a lot of frills, just a hardworking agitator and the ability to fill up the tub with the water temperature of my choice. That's what I've always enjoyed about my GE washer and it's what I got again. I read the one-star rating that sounded like they were written by folks who had expectations I don't have. I just want a washer that does the job, on jeans and sheets and the throw I used all winter and bath towels and dish towels. I want to toss then in with some Tide or Gain or Persil, and in less than an hour, they are spun out, clean, and ready for the dryer. If that's what you want, this is a great choice.

Really gets things clean

We just picked this washer up at Lowe's. To replace our other washer that went out in 2 years. The see-through lid is extremely cool you can actually see the dirt being scrubbed out kids love to watch it. Works really well with heavy soiled stuff I'm a welder with very dirty clothes. After a hard day in the shop the clothes look brand new after going through a cycle. Very pleased with this washer definitely recommend it. Also love the digital display of the timer so I know to set my stopwatch and switch the load. Why spend an extra couple hundred dollars for a smart washer that notifies you're phone,when you can use a timer.

Love this washer. You can select your water levels or precise fill . It will fill with the lid open , except if on precise fill and you can open it while washing with out any lid locks or pause and restarts.The lid only locks on precise fill sensing and the spin cycle. You can add a deep rinse to the drain and spin cycle to get a rinse and spin cycle. I highly recommend reading the manual to see all it does. Love the glass lid . The wash sound is annoying, but the spin is very quiet. Love the detergent / softener tray. Very pleased with how clean and fresh the clothes come out. This washer is much like the old school washer where we were in control of everything.
