Easy to use. The locking see thru lid is a nice feature! Deep tub allows big loads!

Good machine but has me baffled!

I really like the washer and all the options it offers. Runs well and quieter than my previous machine. One thing I’m still struggling with is the softener ‘spots’ this machine leaves on certain clothes. I have tried several different cycles but the softener still seems to leave residue marks especially on Rayon or fabric with nylon in it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The washer and dryer are installed, and three loads of wash completed. I was pleased to find the washer spin cycle noise level reasonable and much improved over the loud front loader I replaced. The dryer performs well, and I was especially pleased with the dryers Eco Dry feature that reduces the total energy consumption. The models I purchased have an attractive glass top on the washer and front door of the dryer. Nice looking and affordable set for a visible first-floor laundry. I found it helpful to download and print the instructions specific to the washer model we purchased.

Okay for average washer

Not to be used for heavy washing. Can’t wash pillows, heavy quilts, etc. It is noisy. But so far it dies the job.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
