Perfect for small family

We bought this washer in July of 2023 and so far we love it! It took some getting used to as we previously had an "old school" washer. Going all electric was new to us, but we like it! It does everything we need it to!

Cheap cracked hose

Can't rate or use the washer yet because the new drain hose ) extremely important part) that came with it has holes in it

new concept in washing to put water through clothes do not drag clothes through the water.

Love the water control feature!

I really do not like the energy efficient washers that conserve water. Dark colored clothing always had white residue on them, no matter how little laundry detergent I used! I now am in control of the water usage, no more white residue on dark clothes!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just Okay

The washer is not bad, but the opposite agitation can twist cloths and sheets. This is too harsh on the clothing and it wears more. The other issue is there are only 2 agitation modes, delicate and then normal. Delicate is too delicate and the normal is too harsh for dress cloths. There needs to be an in between agitation speed.

If the normal agitation is harsh on clothing we recommend using an auto soak cycle that begins with a brief agitation, soaks for a specified period of time, then moves through the rest of the cycle automatically. We recommend referring to the manual for further guidance. Here's the direct link:
