I’ve only used it a few times but what I noticed first is how noisy it is in the wash cycle. Don’t know why you need to hit the deep rinse button in order for the fabric softener to be dispensed. The sound button is so quiet that it can hardly be heard even at highest level. They say you can choose the water level but even at the large fill it’s barely halfway!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Department of Energy (DOE) sets standards for washer water usage. Over the years, the amount of allowable water usage has been reduced. With washers using less water and energy, you will no longer see a wash basket full of water. Most washers are now programmed with load sensing to adjust water levels based on the cycle and load size, so the amount of water used will vary.
It is not recommended to manually add more water to the washer. Some models have a Deep Fill option which adds additional water to the wash load, regardless of whether you used a manual or a load-sensing fill.

Brand new washer doesn't work

My last washer & dryer broke so I bought this and the matching dryer in a bind. I received them both yesterday and .... the washer doesn't work. My BRAND NEW washer doesn't spin. Disappointed is an understatement and now I'm stuck ... again.
