Very pleased!

I have only had this washer a few days but I am very happy with it. I would have rated it a 5 star but it is a little noisy during the agitation cycle. Takes less time to wash a load than my 16 year old GE Profile and does a great job! We definitely made the right decision when we purchased this washer.

Low Water Levels and Tangles Linens

This machine is very noisy compared to my last GE which was whisper quiet. The machine also twists and tangles sheets into a near Gordian knot. I do not like the Automatic load sensor as it does not allow enough water for a good wash.I almost always must have the machine add more water. I purchased this machine as it has a vertical agitator which makes for a better wash than the competition with the little hump at the bottom of the tub, but I would likely not have purchased this machine due to my complaints above.

Sound Washer with Useful Features!

Washes good, rinses good; the features I have used work well. The only thing I wish I had known was that one model up I could have had the the messaging notifications when the cycle completed (this washer is behind doors in the family room). Cest-la-vies, Next time I''ll go up one model!

This GE washer washes great. Though it is a bit noisy for an indoor laundry room, it does the job.

Defective product?

Just got our new washer installed. With water level on “auto” the machine won’t start a cycle at all. It makes a lot of clunking sounds and then shuts off. That doesn’t seem right.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Efficient and Work Like a Champ

This washer is so efficient and just what we were looking for! We can fit way more clothes in 1 load compared to our old front loader! I also love the lid on this washer since it's partially transparent where you can see the clothes as they are washing! We are so pleased and couldn't be more happy!
