So far, so good. We previously had a machine without the agitator and I'm glad to have one with it again. It's all self explanatory and easy to use. I like GE appliances and it was also what my repairman suggested buying. My old machine only lasted 3 years. I'm hoping for longer with this one.

I just love that I can add extra water if needed. Also has a larger tub then most. Really quiet. The only improvements I can see is the end of cycle buzzer could be a little louder & when you open lid in middle of cycle, close lid the water that is automatically added sprays into the fabric softener dispenser in center of agitator.

So far I am really happy with this washer. My previous GE washer did not and could not give very much water. I had to add water with a bucket to have enough water to actually wash clothes. Now with my new GE washer I have all the water I want.

Not good for bedding at all

I don't like this washer. It becomes unbalanced when we do bedding. I'm selecting the right cycle, but it's very finicky. Other than that it's good, but we wash bedding usually every weekend, so it's a hassle. I have to select the drain and spin cycle to get alot of the water out. This washer is wasting my time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I would love this machine but the selection button came off immediately and no one has returned my calls, I have the extended warranty as well. GE please make it right. This machine has great potential for this large family however we definitely need the knob to on in order for the machine to work properly.
I would recommend this to a friend!
