I have the previous version of this washer. It has no water control but a “deep fill” option and no agitator. The new one of course has a water control and agitator. The new does a much better job at cleaning our laundry because of these new options

Great washing machine

I'm so glad to be rid of my old high efficiency washer and have one where I am able to choose the water level! This machine is great - it fills quickly, has a large drum and has many options for washing. The spin cycle really removes a lot of water from the clothes. I also like that the lid doesn't lock during the wash cycle so you can open it without waiting to add clothes, etc. (It does eventually lock during the spin cycle.) It does seem a little louder than my last machine but this one has an agitator vs. an impeller that my old machine had. I like the agitator better - but a great idea for the next iteration of this machine is a removable agitator - just for those occasional really large loads like comforters, etc.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sleek and efficient washer with nice features!

The family loves this washer. It looks nice and modern. It fits in our laundry space, with room to spare, on the same spot we had the older one. The control panel has a nice blend of old-school washers with modern techiness. You can select your water levels for a precise fill. The glass lid is a nice twist and feels like a sunroof for the machine. It will fill with the lid open, except if on precise fill, and you can open it while washing without any lid locks or pause and restarts. The lid only locks on precise fill sensing and the spin cycle. You can add a deep rinse to the drain and spin cycle to get a rinse and spin cycle. I highly recommend reading the manual to see all it does. The washing spin is very quiet. We love the detergent/softener tray. We are very pleased with how clean and fresh the clothes come out.

Easy to install except for the water hose clamp.
