So far we love the machine but it is pretty loud when the agitator is working. Spin cycle sounds normal. I honestly don’t know if it’s supposed to sound like that but it works fine.

1 mo with it and all has been working excellent. I like the option of sensing load that way I don't have to choose what load size.

I have only washed 3 loads and so far no complaints. Will take some time getting use to the push buttons. I had my other washer for 26 years. Will be happy if this one last half that time.

I’m so upset I barley good this washer nd the agitator dosent stay on when washing, and theirs a scratch on my washer plus it makes alot of noise
