Horribly Loud

Horrible-makes the worst clicking and grinding sounds. Can hear it throughout our house even with the laundry room door closed. I regret this purchase.

Love it! But….

I love it for the most part! It is very pretty and sleek and washes great. I also like that I can CHOOSE my water fill level. Super important feature for me. However, there ARE a few things that bug me. Towards the end of the wash when its rinsing, it is INCREDIBLY loud, with no way to make it quieter. Also, I really wish that it had a “Slam Proof” lid. I did see cheaper washers in store that had the slam proof lid, so they really dropped the ball there.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good product, settings can at time be confusing...

Generally, we like the washer. It's a great bridge between the more basic GE Washer and complex GE Profile Washer. The auto fill (GE Profile feature) seems interesting, but I think it uses too little water when filling. The settings are a little confusing, but not difficult to get good results. We typically use pods, and the detergent holder does not thoroughly consume the detergent (some residue is left behind).

Water level select

One thing I do like is that it has a water level select. I don't like the auto sensor they are junk. It does wash my clothes good and spins out well.

Another really great feature that this washer offers is the deep fill option. Press the Deep Fill button once before starting the cycle to add 3 gallons of water to the wash load. Once the washer has stopped filling, you can press it again to add 3 more gallons.

Agitator makes a difference!

I’ve gone from a front load, to a top load without the agitator, and now back to top load with the agitator. What a big difference in clean the laundry comes out! So, back to old school for this old Mommom! Love this washer 💕💕!!

Just delivered & installed today. Initial few washes have gone well. So much more room than my previous front loader. Seems quiet enough. Auto fill gets clothes clean.
