We bought this washer a month ago and so far so good. I love how it has pre-set settings for each item you wash, and the glass lid. It looks so high tech and so easy to operate.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor build, display, auto water level feature

Poor build: an overrun of master on the top's glass to metal seam.
Poor display: letter are too large to see a word without being split between rolling screen images.
Poor auto water level feature: on auto most times the water level does not reach the height of whatever is being washed. Other models/brands may serve you better.Disappointing

It has taken some getting use to. It is louder then expected. Gets off balance too easy. I'm doing my best to get use to it.

I absolutely love my washer! I love the look of it and how it makes the cutest sound when turning it on and off. Good size drum too for a 2 person household! I feel like I could have more people over to do their laundry

Purchased this washer to replace one that we had for 17 years. So far, it’s worth the money. Easy to use and we appreciate all the features this washer offers. So far, so good. Would highly recommend.

I’m not super pumped about this unit. We’ve only had ot about 3 weeks and it’s louder than I had expected. I also use fabric softener in the center and do t overfill it yet after the cycle is done I open the top and still see fabric softener going down the agitator and into the tub on our “ clean” clothes. I tried using the drawer slot for the fabric softener and for three loads it was still in there, never got used. I am not the happiest with this unit but it’s not the worst either.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're sorry that everything is a little louder than expected and that you are having trouble with the fabric softener. For the best assistance in using softener, we always recommend using the dispenser drawer in the middle, as well as enabling "Deep Rinse" this will ensure that a majority of the softener is dissolved during the cycle. You can also try cleaning the drawer, you can get instructions on page 20 in the user manual. Here is the link:
