Easy to get it to do exactly what one wants it to.

I was so happy when my stinky, demanding front loader failed. This machine is better on every level. The results seem so much cleaner. It's very easy to operate and get exactly what one wants.

Very disappointed

Our brand new GE washer quit working after 2 1/2 weeks. Couldn’t repair it . Got a new replacement. So far so good . Very inconvenient being without a washer for 4 weeks and over the holidays.

Love the washer! The capacity is fantastic. The bulky load option is great because it has a great water level and it washes our king comforter perfectly. Also love the auto soak option!

Don’t buy

Washer is under 2 years since purchase and the agitator broke off from the bolt holding it. Can’t get bolt out since it snapped in half. Called to see if under warranty but they said only the first year is covered. Waste of money and bad design.

WORST WASHER

We have had constant problems with the washer not spinning and leaving clothes soaking wet. Even though it's brand new (one month) we already need to already have someone out to look at it. NOT HAPPY AT ALL

Lemon of a washer

Washer constantly faults out no matter what size load or cycle I use. Who knows how much water/electricity I’ve wasted trying to use this since August. I literally have to babysit every load I run to make sure it actually runs a full cycle. Already had one service call guy pushed some update that did nothing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
