[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose GE because of high reviews and because the washer had the most features of the different makes and models I considered. It is fine and I am satisfied. The auto water level is sometimes too low for the load, in my opinion, but I can change to one of three other levels. I don't understand I must use the extra rinse function, which adds time and water, when using fabric softener. I am 5"6" tall and it is all I can do to reach the bottom of the tub. This may be common with any manufacturer.
The dryer is fine and also has good features. Over the 1.5 months that I have owned this unit, I have not had one load that is dry when the cycle is complete and I add timed drying at the end. I wonder what the unit is sensing, which is the displayed message, towards the end of the cycle.
The door is hard to close without a slam.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced are Speed Queen washer and dryer which we had for many years. We replaced our GE profile with these Speed Queen machine and we were not as satisfied with these machines as our previous GE machine and the reason we are back with the GE. So excited to be back!!! Happy with the first few loads we have done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the diamond gray color and all the options for different cycles. It is on the noisy side and I don’t understand when there is a tray to pull out and one side says detergent and the other softener why the softener doesn’t release out of the pull out tray like the detergent does. We were told to put softener in the middle of the agitator instead. Otherwise I like the washing machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the extra capacity it gives us and it runs with very little noise level. Could not be happier with it. Very nice that it adjust water levels automatically and it has all of the different cycles that you would ever need with all of the bells and whistles that you can adjust to personal needs.
