The automatic water level is saving us a fortune and so is the detergent requirement. It has been proving to be SO MUCH more EFFICIENT than our previous washer. It also has an option for anything we might need to wash from delicate fabrics to our blankets or sleeping bags. Lastly, we barely even notice it's on because it is extremely quiet - it's AMAZING!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I love this washer, I love the capacity and I love how I can see the cycle working. The color (Diamond grey) is so nice! Honestly it’s a bit loud at times but it’s a washing machine. It also has the cutest chimes when the cycle is finished. The teal lighted panel is attractive as well.

Don’t buy this washer. It goes out of balance and jumps around often. Service came out to fix it 7 times but said there was nothing wrong with it, that’s just how they are. Very disappointed.

Washer is under 2 years since purchase and the agitator broke off from the bolt holding it. Can’t get bolt out since it snapped in half. Called to see if under warranty but they said only the first year is covered. Waste of money and bad design.

WORST WASHER

We have had constant problems with the washer not spinning and leaving clothes soaking wet. Even though it's brand new (one month) we already need to already have someone out to look at it. NOT HAPPY AT ALL
