The detergent and softener dispenser isn't a good choice to use (could be user error), but otherwise, our clothes are clean and the noise isn't so loud we can't concentrate on other things. We got the dark gray color, looks fabulous.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only been a week and so far so good. This top load is so much easier to use than the front load washer I had for 14 years. I should have switched years ago.
But, at first I was a little concerned about the noise it made during the agitation cycle but found out that it is normal.

This washing machine does not get clothes clean. I have literally had to take clothes washed in it to a laundry mat to get them clean. It has no agitation so it's like dipping clothes in water and then spinning the water off. Worst purchase I have ever made.

To improve wash performance, use the correct amount and type of detergent, load carefully, and select the right amount of water and settings for your load size.
