[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not typically the operator of this appliance and I definitely do not know it all. We purchased these appliances from a big box store.
I own an A/C company for 40 years so I am accustomed to some appliance repairs and some factory issues. My wife and I have raised 4 children, using different makes and models of washers and dryers. Some with impellers some without. Always a top loader. The dryer I feel is fine. It dries the clothes and does what is needed. The washing machine when doing towels and a or blanket/ blankets it is constantly out of balance and trying to adjust itself. Could it be that the springs are incorrect? Again I am not an expert in this field just an observation. Thank
you.

We are happy to provide guidance with this washer. The proper loading of this washer has a direct effect on the balancing of the machine. It is advised to load dry items loosely in the washer basket. For best results, load items evenly and loosely around the outside of the basket, filling in towards the center on larger loads. If you are still experiencing issues with the loading becoming unbalanced after using these loading tips, service is advised.
