For the most part, I'm enjoying this washer. Model GTW585BPV3DG. Specifically the water level option so that I can adjust as necessary based on my load. The washer definitely has issues with the spin cycle and properly balancing the load. Washing anything (like a small throw rug or couch cover) will send it into a total tizzy and sound like it's about to take off. It's not about overloading the washer, but rather the weight and shape of what is going in. For a regular load of clothes, it works great.

I am quite pleased with everything with this washer. I didn't realize my old washer was not washing as good as this one does, nor, did I realize it wasn't spinning the clothes as well as this one does. Yes, you want to load the clothes properly to be balanced for the spin cycle, but, in my opinion I consider it a great buy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] so far i love it. better than my other brand that it replaced. I have only done one load but it was faster, simpler and the water level is better. (at least all of the clothes got wet) and it was made in the US
