Easy to use the digital controls

I was apprehensive on purchasing a digital top washer, but after using it, I really like the features. Most likely I will purchase the matching gas dryer next. I recommend this product.

Never will buy GE product again

This is the first and last time I ever buy a GE production. It is the loudest washing machine and dryer ever! Not a happy customer at all!

Good Until it’s Not

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the washer for less than a year. For the past few months, it picks and chooses when it wants to ‘drain’. The cycle finishes and the clothes are soaked and heavy. No water is in the tank - so I guess it’s not spinning??

We first recommend checking that your washer is stable and level to the ground. To level the washer, adjust the leveling legs by rotating the
individual leg in the proper direction for up or down. This will prevent out of balance conditions and ensure proper spinning. You will also want to check the drain hose, to ensure no kinks or obstructions are present.
