I am very happy with my purchase! I chose this washer in particular because of the option to add Detregent and Softener into a separate compartment, rather than add the Detregent into the washer as well as the softener. 5 Stars!

I love the size, color, and how great it washes the clothes. It’s big just like I need it to be. I love how easy the controls button is already set and can be easily adjusted. It’s quiet you and the cycles runs smoothly.

Terrible washer

Worst washer I've ever owned. Less than 2 years old and has broken twice. Same issue both times. First time within first 6 months. Issue with the agitator. Second time won't be covered under warranty. Will need to start shopping for another new washer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Back to basic but nice features

Boy this has been an upgrade for us from our 7 year old washing machine and dryer . It’s so much quieter . Simple digital features that count down how much time is left in cycle. I went back to the agitator in center as I felt sometimes the load wasn’t getting enough movement to clean . I am glad I did . The older I get I want just simple basics not all this special steam blah blah blah that I wasn’t using anyway with our twice removed front loading machine . This has been a great choice for us with a good price that was reasonable .

Only issue with this washer is it will not shut off the panel board automatically if you open lid stays on all the time until you hit the off button

Wrinkly outcomes

Reason for 2 stars = clothes are always so wrinkly! I have a lot of delicate clothes I used the delicate cycle for and hang dry. Also my 3 boys live in soccer jerseys that don’t do well in the dryer - but everything is so wrinkly when I take out to hang. I’ve tried adjusting the water levels, but same result. Everything else works fine, but I’d not go with this model again due to this issue. My last GE upright I didn’t have the same issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are more than happy to provide guidance with the wrinkling you are experiencing in your washer. There are multiple causes for clothes wrinkling in the washer. Too many items in the washer for the load size selected can cause wrinkles as well as the improper sorting of the clothes in the tub (for example, loading large, heavy items with lightweight, delicate items).
